What are Notices?

There are many times BASICS has received calls from pastors, ministry leaders, and those in the city and suburbs who want to donate items to other ministries, have need for particular items for their ministry or need prayer for particular situations.

Because of this, BASICS began emailing "ALERTS" to those who requested to be on our email "mailing list". The name however indicated that there was an urgency about the notice. Because it wasn't an urgent notice, we felt that a new name was needed so that if and when we sent out an actual "alert" (one of urgency) it would be looked at with the appropriate response. The name "NOTICES" was decided on for this purpose.

BASICS is not responsible for transactions or damages conducted by the individuals or ministries who post items or needs. By listing these needs and available items, BASICS is not endorsing the ministries that are listing the items or requests.
